In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive pipeline generation, strengthen brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to Splunk's continued success in the region.

Your Impact
  • Own and Drive UKI Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive regional marketing plan aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving pipeline growth and enhancing brand visibility within the UKI market.
  • Pipeline Generation & Conversion: Lead efforts to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize pipeline progression.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing activities within the UKI region. Effectively communicate marketing plans, progress updates, and key performance indicators to stakeholders across various departments.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. Guide and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective success.
Your Expertise

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Field Marketing Director with a deep understanding of the UKI market landscape and the enterprise software industry.

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role within a matrix environment, preferably in the enterprise software sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the UKI IT buyer landscape and the factors influencing customer purchasing decisions.
  • Hands-on experience with data-driven marketing strategies and tools, including Marketo and Salesforce, to execute demand generation programs and measure their effectiveness.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
