Job Title: Beauty Brand Ambassador - Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Beauty Brand Ambassador to join our team at REL Field Marketing. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for introducing shoppers to exceptional products and fuelling their love for quality brands with enticing samples.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building trust in our brand.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products, highlighting their unique selling points and value proposition.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings, showcasing the quality and excellence of our brand.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
