About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our UKI marketing efforts. As a key member of our EMEA UKI team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and strengthens our brand in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives pipeline generation, progression, and conversion.
  • Regional Marketing Planning: Collaborate with our marketing CoE teams to plan and implement regional marketing initiatives that engage our target audience and drive business results.
  • Pipeline Generation and Progression: Work closely with our sales team to drive pipeline generation, progression, and conversion, and ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
  • Business Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate effectively with key business stakeholders to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with their needs and objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar marketing role in the enterprise software space, with a proven track record of managing and delivering marketing strategy and programs.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong working knowledge of the UKI market and its IT buyers, with the ability to develop marketing programs and offerings that quickly identify new opportunities to grow our business.
  • Project Leadership: Excellent project leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously, within budget and timelines.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
