We are looking for a Technical Marketing Manager to become a pivotal member of Procore's Technical Marketing division, leading initiatives that support our Go To Market (GTM) strategy in the UKI region. This role is essential in establishing a new function aimed at equipping our sales teams with in-depth product insights while creating content, tools, and templates that enhance market recognition and utilization of our offerings.
As a Technical Marketing Manager (TMM), you will serve as the primary authority in your designated product area and a strategic collaborator in promoting field awareness. Your expertise will ensure that our sales and customer success teams are thoroughly prepared to advocate for the Procore platform. An exceptional TMM is dedicated to empowering fellow team members and works closely with colleagues in product marketing, product management, and sales.
The main responsibilities of the Technical Marketing Manager in the UKI region include overseeing the effective execution of field readiness programs across EMEA. As a recognized subject matter expert and liaison to Product Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping both strategic and tactical product direction within the Procore ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling narratives that visually convey the value of Procore products and platform to both employees and customers in EMEA, utilizing formats such as videos, screenshots, demos, or webinars.
- Configure and stage product instances to illustrate value-based use cases effectively.
- Lead field readiness initiatives for new product features, new SKUs, product investments, and acquisitions to foster knowledge and confidence in the Procore platform.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Strategy, Solutions Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align strategic and tactical planning for Procore solutions.
- Evaluate the requirements for new region-specific content, tools, templates, project plans, training, and methodology documentation.
- Engage with the sales and customer success teams to identify gaps in Procore solution knowledge and devise strategies to address those gaps.
- Keep the sales and customer success teams informed about new features and effectively communicate their impact to customers and project resources.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting, or a similar relevant field.
- Strong presentation skills with experience in delivering, facilitating, and creating presentation materials for diverse audiences in various environments.
- Proficient in production skills, including writing, video editing, and demo creation.
- Experience in cross-organizational collaboration, representing the interests of customers, sales, and customer success.
- Proven ability to lead change within a product area in a matrixed organization.
- A strong connection to the construction industry or the con-tech landscape is advantageous.
- A desire to grow and expand into new product areas and the broader Procore platform.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
This position offers flexibility in work location, allowing for remote work or a combination of remote and office-based arrangements.
