Acumatica is seeking a driven Commercial Development Manager for the UKI market. This role is integral to our expanding business, focusing on indirect go-to-market strategies and driving market growth across all areas.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager UKI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Acumatica's success within the region.

  • Your Impact:
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to gain deep insights into market needs, fueling strategic growth initiatives for the UKI region.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive VAR partner recruitment plan, encompassing compelling demonstrations, the Acumatica Channel Partner Program, and joint value propositions. Secure successful partnership agreements.
  • Empower new and developing VARs with tailored growth plans, comprehensive training, certification programs, and ongoing support throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Cultivate a vibrant social media community for continuous communication, education, and demand generation. Leverage market feedback and content to enhance engagement.
  • Actively participate in virtual teams on promotional projects, particularly UKI events, to bolster partner recruitment and drive demand generation.

  • Experienced Professional:
    • 5+ years of proven experience in developing and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of agency, advertiser, marketing, and vendor landscapes. Knowledgeable about reporting structures within these organizations, key players, buying patterns, and macro/micro forces influencing budget allocation and strategic direction.
    • Strategic thinker with a knack for providing actionable recommendations to propel the business forward. Adept at identifying opportunities and navigating challenges effectively.
