Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our commercial operations team as a Client Relations Administrator (Sales Administrator). This role serves as the primary liaison between our clients and energy providers, ensuring the seamless initiation of all contracts facilitated by our sales team. Joining our high-performing team presents an excellent opportunity for personal development and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with clients and suppliers to address any issues or delays encountered during the supplier transition process.
  • Collaborating with clients to collect any necessary information to ensure a smooth transition to new contracts.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to accurately document client terminations within our systems.
  • Reviewing and rectifying any outstanding contracts to ensure our records reflect the most current information.
  • Identifying and proposing enhancements to processes to mitigate recurring issues within our operations.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues in sales and other operational teams to prevent future challenges.
  • Working collaboratively with various teams and departments to maintain high performance and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a customer support or administrative capacity, demonstrating the ability to resolve client inquiries and deliver outstanding service.
  • Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills, enabling the handling of multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
  • Preferred experience in contract management, with a solid grasp of contract terms and legal obligations.
  • A proactive approach, consistently striving for high productivity by identifying opportunities for process improvements and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • A track record of meeting established targets, with the potential to earn performance-based bonuses.
