Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our commercial operations team as a Supplier Liaison Advisor (Sales Administrator). This role is pivotal as it serves as the primary contact between our clients and energy suppliers, ensuring seamless contract activations facilitated by our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers to address any issues or delays during the supplier transition process.
- Collaborate with clients to collect any necessary information for a smooth contract transition.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate recording of client terminations in our systems.
- Review and manage outstanding contracts to ensure our records reflect current information.
- Identify and propose process enhancements to resolve underlying operational challenges.
- Provide training and support to colleagues in sales and other operational teams to mitigate recurring issues.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to maintain high performance and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in customer support or administrative roles, with a track record of effectively resolving client inquiries and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities, enabling the handling of multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.
- Preferred experience in contract management, with a solid grasp of contract terms and legal responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to work, consistently seeking ways to enhance productivity and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Demonstrated success in meeting targets, with the potential to earn monthly performance bonuses.
