Filmbankmedia operates as a collaborative venture between Warner Bros., Sony Pictures, and NT Digital Group, which includes SWANK Motion Pictures and Spafax. We are recognized leaders in the distribution of films outside traditional theatrical releases, representing a diverse array of major film studios across more than 80 global markets.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the sales of film content within the non-theatrical sectors on behalf of the studios represented by Filmbankmedia. This position is accountable for the comprehensive sales administration of the International Title-by-Title department specifically for the German and Austrian markets, overseeing all screening requests from both new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to Title-by-Title screenings and film bookings.
  • Manage all incoming inquiries via email and phone from both new and existing clients.
  • Ensure that screening requests are processed accurately and promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding title availability, licensing processes, and general questions.
  • Review license applications to confirm compliance with non-theatrical film licensing regulations.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to bookings, including drafting agreements and invoices.
  • Ensure that clients receive all necessary documentation and communication in a timely manner.
  • Maintain close collaboration with internal departments to keep all stakeholders informed of ongoing activities.
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' experience in an Account Administration role, demonstrating the following competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the film industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing challenging customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with technology in film and television distribution.
  • Willingness to learn about new product lines and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Fluency in German is essential.
