Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be tasked with cultivating and maintaining essential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ranging from senior medical professionals to procurement officers and executive leadership. You will oversee the strategic management of your designated business area, leveraging your expertise to drive growth:

  • Formulate a strategic business plan to meet overarching business goals.
  • Analyze local trust structures, corporate accounts, and funding mechanisms.
  • Design and implement a cohesive engagement strategy for surgical products across key strategic accounts.
  • Lead partnership initiatives with senior clinical and non-clinical leaders, commissioners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Influence senior commissioners by addressing and overcoming restrictive commissioning practices.
