About the Role
Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to join our client's private client tax advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with complex and challenging advisory matters, including IHT planning, non-domiciliaries, trust advisory, succession planning, and general tax planning.
- Working closely with senior leadership to help manage the tax team and drive business development commitments.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations.
Requirements
- Strong private client tax background with experience supporting a mixed portfolio of clients.
- Trust and IHT planning experience is highly desirable.
- Suitably qualified (ACA/ACC/CTA/ATT) with good business development and management skills.
