Are you a seasoned Tax Senior Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for corporate tax and a desire to work with a portfolio of clients who are privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, private equity companies, and investor companies?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hays Senior Finance as a Corporate Tax Senior Manager and take your career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing holistic advice to our clients on their complex tax issues, including deal tax advice on structuring and M&A, real estate tax advice, and advising private companies with operations overseas on their tax structures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a CTA or ATT qualified Tax Senior Manager with 5 years+ experience in a corporate tax, business tax, or private client tax advisory role. You will also need to have strong relationship building and strengthening skills, as well as the technical ability to work in the Big 4 environment and thrive in a fast-paced, exciting team.
