Job Description:

Job Summary:

This is a new role for a senior psychological professional to lead on the coordination and strategic delivery of evidence-based psychological therapies across all directorates within Devon Partnership NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic planning to increase and sustain provision of specified psychological therapies.
  • Ensure appropriate supervision, training, and governance processes are in place for each.
  • Work with Strategic Leads across all Directorates, workforce, and training leads to plan, enable, and ensure robust governance of high-quality Psychological Therapies practice.
  • Support future workforce planning, training needs, and supervision requirements for the delivery of formal model-based Psychological Therapies.
  • Lead on the organisation and development of post-incident staff support across the Trust.
