As an Occupational Therapy Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality care to patients within our inpatient settings. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in promoting evidence-based practice and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to the OT team, ensuring best practice is consistently implemented across all areas of service delivery.
- Service Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative occupational therapy services that meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Champion the use of evidence-based practice within the team, actively promoting research and encouraging the dissemination of best practices.
- Resource Management: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources, optimizing service delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Team Supervision & Development: Provide comprehensive supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for OT staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
