As part of our dedicated team, you will generate crucial insights through Market Mix Modelling (MMM) to enhance various marketing strategies. In your capacity as a Senior Econometric Analyst, you will be instrumental in automating data collection, processing, and reporting, ensuring a steady flow of actionable insights.

Collaboration is key; you will work alongside skilled mathematicians, statisticians, and economists to develop econometric models that guide decision-making across marketing, finance, and compliance sectors. Engaging with other teams will be essential to achieve impactful results and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative MMM solutions, managing econometric models for a variety of brands and markets.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while meeting all key objectives, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead the internal MMM team, cultivating a culture of excellence and supporting the professional growth of team members.
  • Enhance marketing efficiency through optimization and scenario planning, contributing to refined strategies.
  • Participate in the development of marketing optimization tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation to elevate our econometrics capabilities.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience in a media agency, consultancy, or related industry, paired with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and advanced Excel for modeling, data processing, and analysis.
  • Proven leadership in econometric projects, with the ability to mentor junior team members and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of media planning and the influence of MMM on marketing effectiveness, complemented by strong communication and analytical skills.
