Key Responsibilities- Site Maintenance: Work as part of the Harbour Operative team to ensure the safety and maintenance of the Harbour, delivering a positive experience for both residents and visitors.
- Conduct Regular Inspections: Conduct regular visual inspections throughout each shift, promptly recording and reporting any issues, and taking proactive steps to prevent or resolve problems.
- Adhere to Safety Policies: Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, both routinely and in emergency situations.
- Assist with Maintenance Tasks: Assist in the completion of various maintenance and repair tasks across the site, ensuring they meet satisfactory standards and deadlines.
- Support Site Security: Support site security on a 24/7 basis, managing different security requirements during peak times as well as quieter periods.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing proactive and positive customer service.
- Repair and Maintenance Skills: Ability to handle a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Reliability and Punctuality: A proven track record of reliability, including good attendance and punctuality.
- SIA Licence: Possession of, or willingness to obtain and maintain, an SIA licence.
- Valid Driving Licence: A valid driving licence, enabling the use of company vehicles on and off-site.
