Job Title: Data Collection and Analysis Leader

As a Data Collection and Analysis Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of System Specialists and Technicians in the Infrastructure Division. Your primary goal will be to ensure the Eurotunnel Infrastructure remains available, safe, and reliable for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First line management and leadership of the team, ensuring application of all Human Resources policies and Getlink Group principles.
  • Works in coordination with the Technical Lead to deploy the team to support asset management, data collection, and analysis, as well as team expertise in response to technical questions from Project Managers.
  • First line management of the team, ensuring all activities are compliant with health, safety, and environmental standards, legislation, and best practice, and more generally Getlink/Eurotunnel's policies, engineering standards, risk assessments, and principles.
  • Accountable for ensuring team competence management is delivered in accordance with Eurotunnel's CMS, welfare, behavior, safety, and standards.
  • Applies and promotes change management, new departmental strategies, and objectives in accordance with divisional and company objectives.
  • Works alongside the Technical Lead to manage, develop, promote, and support the department's assets to maximize life expectancy and meet customer expectations and legislative requirements.
  • Responsible for team delivery of Infrastructure maintenance obligations, provision of support to Infrastructure Projects, team planning, competence management, quality, and standards control within the team.
Requirements:
  • Degree, HNC Level Engineering qualification, ideally within the field of activity of the department managed.
  • Health and Safety (H&S) qualification, NEBOSH/IOSH, etc.
  • Qualification in NVQ A1 Assessor and knowledge of risk assessments.
  • Knowledge and experience in Safety/crisis/incident management.
  • Experience in Change Management.
  • Accident investigation and root cause analysis experience.
  • Very good knowledge of internal and external regulations/standards in the Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment fields.
  • A valid Driving Licence and Passport is essential.
  • The ability to communicate in French and/or another European language would be an advantage.
