About the Role

As a Finance Team Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. You'll lead a dynamic team of professionals, both in-house and outsourced, driving successful project completion and managing a growing network of suppliers.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing daily and weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Conducting ledger reconciliations and month-end accruals, maintaining financial records integrity.
  • Analyzing supplier spend trends to contribute to balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
  • Identifying areas of non-compliance, high volumes, or breaches in business processes and policies.
  • Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
