Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team at Watches of Switzerland Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process high-volume accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure prompt payment and resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payment processes and procedures, and implement new processes as needed.
- Perform other duties as required to support the finance department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- IT literate and proficient in accounting software.
