About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As an Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of three, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payment runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 3, ensuring high-quality work.
- Supplier Payments: Manage supplier payments and oversee the timely processing of invoices.
- Process Improvements: Support process improvements, month-end reconciliations, and payment runs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with UK and outsourced teams to meet key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop the team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
About You:
We are looking for a part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA professional who is looking for leadership opportunities. You should be ambitious, personable, and driven to develop leadership skills. You should also have strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
