We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our commercial team at Permanent Futures. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and buyers in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with the Head of Sales and National Account Manager to support accounts across Grocery, High Street, Online, Discounters, and B2B
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers to drive business growth and revenue
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor and consumer trends
- Manage commercial duties, including profile and loss management, forecasting, and negotiating
- Organize price changes, range reviews, and promotion plans throughout the year
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in National Accounts in an FMCG environment
- Proven track record of success in supporting or managing accounts with key retailers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for on-the-job learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ambitious and driven sales professional with a strong work ethic
