About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our commercial team at Permanent Futures. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and buyers in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Head of Sales and National Account Manager to support accounts across Grocery, High Street, Online, Discounters, and B2B
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers to drive business growth and revenue
  3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on competitor and consumer trends
  4. Manage commercial duties, including profile and loss management, forecasting, and negotiating
  5. Organize price changes, range reviews, and promotion plans throughout the year
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in National Accounts in an FMCG environment
  2. Proven track record of success in supporting or managing accounts with key retailers
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  4. Passion for on-the-job learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
  5. Ambitious and driven sales professional with a strong work ethic
