About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Evaluation & Impact Specialist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategy for income generation and communication efforts, focusing on developing sustainable long-term income streams and enhancing our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement a Theory of Change: Lead the development of a comprehensive Theory of Change for our organization, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collaborate with our team to develop and coordinate organizational KPIs, ensuring they are measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Framework: Develop and implement an effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework across our frontline services, ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Project Outcomes and Reporting: Define project outcomes, outputs, and reporting structures with managers, ensuring timely and accurate returns to commissioners.
  • Resident Feedback Mechanisms: Implement and manage residents' feedback mechanisms to ensure comprehensive feedback is obtained, informing organizational performance and strategy.
  • Service User Evaluations and Research: Conduct annual service user evaluations and evidence-based research to inform organizational performance and strategy.
  • Organizational Performance Evaluation: Evaluate organizational performance in local and national contexts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Data Management and Intelligence Reports: Manage and administrate our data capture software, ensuring data quality and compliance, and produce internal intelligence reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Proven experience in developing and implementing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks.
  • Data Analysis and Management: Proficiency in managing monitoring systems and using data analysis packages (Excel/SPSS).
  • System Development and Documentation: Strong system development and documentation skills.
  • Analytical and Time Management Skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management skills.
  • Evidence-Based Review and Synthesis: Ability to review evidence systematically and synthesise it to inform practice and policy.
