About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Impact and Evaluation Manager to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving social impact through cutting-edge research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of research projects, focusing on the development of large-scale questionnaire-based projects.
- Lead literature reviews, qualitative research with stakeholders, and survey design to ensure high-quality research outputs.
- Provide expert evaluation advice across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in research initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners and external funders to align with organizational goals.
- Develop expertise in parent data and represent the organization to key stakeholders, including government agencies.
- Ensure research outputs are accessible, practical, and valuable to leaders.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure seamless project management and alignment with broader objectives.
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of research and evaluation projects.
Requirements:
- Strong background in designing, delivering, and managing evaluations in a social impact setting.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and large-scale data collection.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the research process.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-project environments, managing multiple sources of content.
- Experience using tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, or R to analyze and interpret data.
