About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Impact and Evaluation Specialist to join our team at IntoUniversity. As a key member of our Impact and Operations teams, you will play a crucial role in improving programme evaluation, designing qualitative and quantitative impact and process evaluations, and leading the delivery of evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Evaluation: Work with the Impact and Operations teams to develop and implement programme evaluation strategies, including designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative impact and process evaluations.
  • Impact Reporting: Lead the delivery of impact reports, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Insights: Analyze data to inform programme development and improvement, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Impact Expertise: Act as an impact expert for the charity, using data and impact reporting to develop IntoUniversity's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver impact training for new and existing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively evaluate and improve programmes.
  • Database Management: Support the management of IntoUniversity's Salesforce database, including data maintenance, report creation, and staff training.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Programme Evaluation: Proven experience in programme evaluation, including design, implementation, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative impact and process evaluations.
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Impact, Operations, and Programme teams.
