About the Role

FareShare is seeking a highly skilled Impact and Evaluation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our impact and evaluation framework is robust and effective.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Impact Measurement Tools: Collaborate with our Public Affairs and Policy function to design and implement impact measurement tools that will help us understand our community's needs and maximize the social value of our work.
  • Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to provide meaningful data insights and support the development of evaluation projects that will help us better understand our community and our impact.
  • Communicate Impact and Evaluation Insights: Communicate complex information in a simple and accessible way to develop consistent sources of truth and share key information organization-wide.
  • Support Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing, public affairs, fundraising, and ESG teams to design and implement impact measurement tools and communicate our impact effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Evaluation Projects: Develop and implement evaluation projects that will help us better understand our community and our impact, including our Annual Impact Survey.
Requirements
  • Experience in Impact and Evaluation: 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or working on impact and evaluation projects.
  • Knowledge of Impact Measurement and Evaluation Methods: In-depth knowledge and experience of impact measurement and evaluation methods, tools, and techniques, including Theory of Change, logic models, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Strong Communication and Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including report writing, stakeholder engagement, generating impact reports, and presentations.
  • Project Management and Collaboration Skills: Experience with project management and collaborating cross-functionally to drive evaluation or research, including co-designing impact measurement tools, conducting surveys, and leading working groups.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with Marketing and IT Teams: Experience collaborating with marketing and IT teams to implement impact measurement tools and communicate our impact effectively.
  • Experience with Theory of Change and Change Methodologies: Experience updating Theory of Change and familiarity with change methodologies and their importance.
  • Experience with Survey Design and Execution: Experience designing and carrying out surveys to measure impact.
  • Experience with Measurement Frameworks: Experience designing, executing, and embedding measurement frameworks.
