We are currently seeking an Insurance Administrator to assist with daily operations within our office. This entry-level position is ideal for a bright, personable, and self-motivated individual. You will support a team of Account Handlers in delivering tailored advice and high-quality service to meet the diverse insurance needs of our clients.

We provide comprehensive training and support to help you learn our business, achieve recognized industry qualifications, and advance into an Account Handler role.

Position Overview:
  • Assist the commercial schemes team with various administrative tasks, including following up on no claims bonuses.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date records.
  • Follow up on outstanding client inquiries, ensuring they are addressed by the appropriate team member.
  • Handle daily postal correspondence.
  • Manage diaries and schedules.
  • Distribute mail to the correct individuals within the organization.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.
Knowledge Requirements:
  • At least 12 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • A recent school, college, or university graduate eager to start a career in insurance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills Required:
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written customer service skills.
  • Ability to use initiative effectively.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
