Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Administrator to join our team at Lenham Storage Co. Ltd. As an Insurance Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage insurance claims from receipt to resolution.
  • Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims.
  • Review and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless claim processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance claims administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
