Claims Service Manager

At Aon, we are seeking an experienced Claims Service Manager to join our team in Glasgow or Leeds. This is a unique opportunity to combine your technical knowledge with coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills to inspire and develop the next generation of claims talent.
Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a coordinated and high-quality client service, working in accordance with the Claims Leadership Team. Your key accountabilities will include:
• Delivering a client-focused service that meets agreed service levels
• Liaising with key collaborators to ensure client needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Developing and supporting team members to achieve their objectives through coaching and mentoring
• Encouraging problem-solving and innovation to support the team in achieving Aon's service standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven commercial claims experience gained from within a Broking, Insurer, TPA, or In-House environment
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle a variety of projects concurrently
• A desire to mentor, coach, and develop colleagues to become the best claims professionals they can be
• Client-focused with a goal of producing the best possible claims outcomes at all times
