As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting both the sales and finance functions, with a focus on receiving and processing customer orders and managing the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Take orders from customers and add them to the system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide quotations and resolve any order queries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Order Fulfillment: Price orders ready for invoicing, add E-commerce orders to the system, and arrange couriers for E-commerce deliveries.
  • Financial Management: Update the Cashbooks, perform Purchase Ledger duties, including invoice register, coding and matching, statement checking, and managing accounts inbox.
