Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 5 days a week, 6 hours a day, between 7AM-5PM, with every other Saturday from 7AM-12PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team at a leading local business. As the first point of contact for all customer queries, you will use your experience, knowledge, and customer service skills to offer advice and find solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate routine service and maintenance for the fleet, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide guidance on options that meet their needs, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in SAGE, our in-house system.
  • Fleet Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating fleet hire, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate high attention to detail and effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
