We are currently seeking an Insurance Administrator to assist with daily office operations. This entry-level position is perfect for a motivated and personable individual eager to support our Account Handlers in delivering exceptional service tailored to our clients' insurance requirements.
We offer comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills, gain recognized industry qualifications, and advance into an Account Handler position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the commercial schemes team, including tasks such as following up on no claims bonuses.
- Manage incoming calls and emails effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow up on client inquiries, ensuring timely responses from the appropriate team members.
- Handle daily postal correspondence.
- Oversee diary management.
- Distribute mail to relevant personnel within the organization.
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks as required.
- At least 12 months of experience in an administrative role.
- A recent school, college, or university graduate looking to embark on a career in insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written customer service skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
