About the Role:

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client, a leading UK Housebuilder, for their development in Boston.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell New Homes by following up leads and booking viewing appointments.
  • Control the sales process and liaise with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale.
  • Negotiate and secure sales.
  • Update internal CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of selling New Homes.
  • A full clean driving license and use of own car.
