About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Red Recruitment 24/7 Ltd. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of our products and their technical specifications to potential and existing clients. Assist in product demonstrations and answer technical queries to ensure clients understand the benefits and capabilities of our systems.
  • Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Assist with installation guidance and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement. Report findings to the management team to aid in strategic planning.
  • Training and Presentations: Conduct training sessions for clients and partners on the proper use and benefits of our products. Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful product integration.
About You
  • Proven experience in a business development role
  • Must be strategic and consultative in approach
  • Will possess a proven track record in building positive relationships with new clients
  • Experience of organising your own diary and activity to achieve key financial targets
  • Experience of updating a CRM
  • Tenacious and engaging in approach
  • Will travel UK and internationally to meet clients
