New Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development Manager to join our External Sales team based out of Boston. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a solid focused plan around new business development for the Home & Personal Care, Beers Wines & Spirits, OTC & Lubricant markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and account planning to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective negotiation strategies to drive sales growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in new business development and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of the Packaging, Label Industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
