Recruitment Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Account Manager to join our team at Paradigm Employment Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the temporary workforce management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and grow a pipeline of quality candidates through proactive sourcing, job advertising, and networking.
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure a win-win scenario.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the key point of contact for both clients and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary roles, including client management, candidate sourcing, and placements.
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is highly desirable but not essential.
- A self-starter with a hunger to succeed and the resilience to overcome challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building lasting relationships.
- Manage multiple clients and candidates with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment but also capable of working independently.
- Be a decision maker, able to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexible working hours.
- Basic salary £31,000 per annum plus uncapped commission structure.
- Weekly pay structure with additional earnings potential through the commission scheme.
