As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative systems and processes, allowing our Home Manager to effectively run services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative systems and processes to perfection
- Prepare reports and maintain impeccable financial records
- Administer the Time & Attendance system and process payroll and HR information
- Provide exceptional support to the Home Manager and other colleagues
Requirements:
- IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL
- Admin or secretarial support experience in a busy office
- Excellent Microsoft Office, time management, and organisational skills
- Brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people
