Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our 40-bed care home in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with experience in supervising staff and coordinating care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the care home, including quality assurance processes, resident care, and administrative tasks.
- Supervise and provide guidance to care staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, considering their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the care home, promoting social engagement and emotional wellbeing among residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for residential care.
Requirements:
- NMC PIN
- Nursing home setting experience
- NVQ 5 or working towards
- Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices
- Experience in dementia care
