We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our client's dynamic team within private healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to residents at our modern Nursing Home in Boston.

About the Nursing Home:

Our Nursing Home offers a warm and welcoming environment, with fantastic care facilities and a supportive management team. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
