We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients registered with our practices.

Main Duties
  • Provide holistic nursing care to patients, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
  • Adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice.
