Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our care home team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, staff supervision, and patient care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care and administrative tasks are completed.
- Supervise and guide care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, considering their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the care home, promoting social engagement and emotional well-being among residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for residential care.
- NMC PIN
- Nursing home setting experience
- NVQ 5 or working towards
- Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices
- Experience in dementia care
