Nurse Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to take on a leadership role in one of our care homes in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Supervise and provide guidance to care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans for each resident, considering their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for residential care.
- NMC PIN
- Nursing home setting experience
- NVQ 5 or working towards
- Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices
- Experience in dementia care
