Red Recruitment 24/7 is working on behalf of a global family-run business in the Boston/Sleaford area. Due to continued success and growth in both worldwide and at-home markets, a fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales Representative.

Within this exciting role, you will be involved in the full process, from commercial conversations and negotiations, onsite discussions, planning, overseeing, and concluding projects.

It is essential to have experience in a similar industry, such as security or fire defense, and possess good technical knowledge to train customers in the products' application.

As this is a sales role, experience in sales is vital, and you will be responsible for attracting and closing new business, alongside account management of existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of our products and their technical specifications to potential and existing clients. Assist in product demonstrations and answer technical queries to ensure clients understand the benefits and capabilities of our systems.
