The Role

We are expanding our commercial team and seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the financial markets sector. While our work environment can be fast-paced, we prioritize a consultative and targeted approach to sales.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (EMEA & APAC), this London-based role encompasses the full 360 sales process, from sourcing prospects to contract closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Achieve ambitious sales targets and revenue goals through effective pipeline management and deal execution.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in economic principles and financial markets.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, professional networks, and potential collaborators.

Requirements:
