Client Support Specialist

We are excited to announce an opening for a full-time, Polish-speaking Client Support and Incident Specialist for a renowned global organization.

This role involves overseeing the order processing, financial transactions, and product delivery to a diverse array of commercial clients throughout the EMEA region, while also addressing technical emergencies and inquiries via calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries (via phone or email) to ensure an efficient and dependable service for our clients.
  • Manage customer orders (with a growing focus on electronic transactions) from initial entry to invoicing, including sending and following up on quotes and pre-payment documents.
  • Open, update, and manage tickets/cases in our system for each customer inquiry, aligning with customer expectations and contractual terms while coordinating with other departments.
  • Effectively address queries related to customer orders and deliveries, resolving complaints and inquiries, as well as processing credits and debits to ensure any outstanding customer deductions are addressed promptly.

Working Hours:

  • 1 week: early shift 7:00-16:00 (3 days in office/2 from home)
  • 1 week: late shift 9:00-18:00 (working from home)

Requirements:

  • Fluent to a native level, both written and spoken, in Polish.
  • Proficient, both written and spoken, in one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, German, or Dutch.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles.
