Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Recruitment service as a Recruitment Services Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will support our specialist teams to deliver high-level customer service and recruitment expertise to clients, candidates, and key colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of end-to-end employment services to our trust partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and recruitment expertise to clients, candidates, and key colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist teams to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trust partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
  • Confident working with people at all levels, internal or external to the organisation.
  • Able to analyse information and produce written documentation to a high standard.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and identify appropriate recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Knowledge, training, and experience in a range of HR procedures to Higher National diploma level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant and significant clerical/administrative experience in a busy office.
  • Experience of working within a customer-focused environment.
