Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Services Advisor to join our team, providing end-to-end employment services to our trust partners. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will support our specialist teams to deliver high-level customer service and recruitment expertise to clients, candidates, and key colleagues.
Main Responsibilities
- Support our specialist teams to deliver high-level customer service and recruitment expertise to clients, candidates, and key colleagues.
- Provide timely, efficient recruitment solutions to our trust partners, allowing them to focus on delivering excellent patient care.
- Work collaboratively with our recruitment teams to identify and fill job vacancies, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our trust partners, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Relevant and significant clerical/administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Experience of working within a customer-focused environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages and analytical skills to produce high-quality written documentation.
- Knowledge of employment procedures and legislation, with a strong understanding of the NHS and public sector.
