Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and efficient reception to customers, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Service Process Management: Manage the service process effectively, ensuring high standards of quality workmanship.
- Sales Solutions: Deliver effective value-added sales solutions to customers, promoting the company's products and services.
- Relationship Management: Manage the relationship between customers and the dealership, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Proven administrative experience, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience handling complaints.
- Driving License: Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months, with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Right to Work: Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
