The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and the Pharmacy Directorate, ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Person Specification
- 4 GCSEs (C and above including Maths and English) or equivalent.
- DSE Assessor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Development and maintenance of robust systems to ensure effective administration and organization.
- Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment.
- Evidence of using audio transcription to type minutes/documentation.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Intranet, and Internet and other relevant computer applications.
- Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of NHS policies.
