CareTech Group is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Regional Facilities Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and process data on our CAFM system and databases.
  • Log maintenance requests and assign tasks to contractors and maintenance operatives.
  • Prepare reports from the CAFM system for estates and operational personnel.
  • Track repairs and overdue works.
  • Coordinate maintenance workers via the CAFM system.
  • Liaise and communicate with contractors and site staff.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional Facilities Managers.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and computer skills, including accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Developed communication skills, including telephone manner and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to use own initiative.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team.
