Key Responsibilities:- Operate in a small warehouse/trade counter, interacting with engineers and staff to process orders and manage inventory.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Process incoming deliveries, manage stock control, and dispatch goods in a timely manner.
- Develop technical knowledge of products and services offered, as well as bespoke systems and equipment used.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths & English.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
- Good problem-solving skills and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides (ideally).
