Residential Service Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering a warm and professional experience to all residents.
Your mission will be to enhance the services provided to our residents, ensuring their expectations are met while achieving the financial objectives of the business.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain a fully staffed reception area, allowing for scheduled breaks to perform concierge duties as necessary.
• Develop and uphold a comprehensive understanding of the building and local area to assist residents and prospective tenants effectively.
• Welcome all visitors to the property with professionalism and courtesy, assisting management with tours for potential residents.
• Handle phone inquiries promptly and courteously, logging calls and messages as required.
• Conduct daily inspections of the premises, reporting any maintenance or security concerns.
• Keep a detailed concierge log to ensure consistent and effective communication.
• Manage the receipt and safekeeping of mail and parcel deliveries for residents.
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify and mitigate any security risks.
• Participate in training and act as a member of the Fire Safety team, following the guidance of the management.
• Control visitor access to the buildings, ensuring all necessary permits are verified.
• Provide a responsive concierge service tailored to resident needs.
• Assist in conducting annual safety inspections.
• Issue and track keys, access cards, and fobs in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform weekly safety tests, including Fire Alarm and Lift Line checks.
• Report any maintenance and health and safety issues to the Building Manager.
• Collaborate with the managing agent on various tasks as requested, such as smoke alarm tests and meter readings.
• Implement procedures as directed by the Building Manager to ensure operational efficiency.

This position requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with candidates expected to demonstrate relevant experience in a customer-facing or hospitality environment.
Experience: Customer-facing/hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Education:
Secondary education (Required)

• Experience as a Building Concierge, Receptionist, or in a similar capacity
